Revlon Lip Butters | Taking Advantage Of The Priceline Loves Revlon 2 For 1 Promotion

Hi everyone :)
You've probably seen many beauty bloggers rave about the Revlon Lip Butters already but we are really behind in Australia and so I hope you don't mind seeing one more! Here are my two favourite colours that I picked up for $21.95 at Priceline for the Priceline Loves Revlon 2 for 1 special. I tweeted about the deal and posted a couple of pictures on my instagram already but hope you like the post!

I was really impressed with how moisturising it was, I love the name lip butter as well - the texture is exactly like butter! I tend to get dry lips easily and so I prefer lip gloss over lipsticks but the lip butters are on par with gloss textures~ There are so many gorgeous shades in this collection, I'm sure everyone would find at least one hue they love! Have you tried the Revlon Lip Butters yet? Which are your favourite colours?

2nd Oscar Oscar Salons Melbourne Beauty Blogger Event

Last month I was invited to attend the 2nd Melbourne Beauty Blogger Event with the rest of the mbbe girls at Oscar Oscar Salon. Click here for the 1st event :) I apologise for the month-late post.
We were taught the latest tips and tricks from Jacky and his amazing team - the focus was on how to curl, style and add volume to the hair!

I loved how this time around, we were shown different styles and current trends like braiding! Most of you know that I often braid my fringe. It was really fun seeing different techniques and styles. Above is Tina's fishbone bun in the making. I adored this look - Jacky did it so effortlessly!

Melanie's 70's Love Child look, Jess' 50's Inspired hair-do and my full volume/curl look
I didn't manage to snap everyone's hair but one thing for sure is that Jacky and his team sure know how to work hair! If watching youtube tutorials on hair isn't quite doing it for you, maybe you should try contacting the Chadstone Oscar Oscar Salon team and get some tips and tricks for yourself!

Just before I end this, here's a little GIF of Jacky working his magic on me haha :) From straight hair to volume & curls with GHD and Aveda goodies!
BIG thanks to Oscar Oscar Salons for having us there! I had a great time :)
Also thank you for reading and now I'm inspired to make a post on hairstyles! Especially braids :D Would anyone be interested in that? x

Winter Essentials | Zara Knit ♡

I'm so into granny-style items :)
I've been wearing this new Zara knit almost every day to work. It's warm but Melbourne is so freezing right now that it's just not cutting it. I have to find myself a big puffy jacket to keep me from freezing in the mornings! Does anyone have any recommendations? I'm looking for a really warm casual zip jacket - not a trench coat! xx

BIODERMA CRÉALINE H20 | Loving This Magic Cleansing Water

Hey lovelies ♡
Today, I want to share my thoughts on this product that I have been using every night to remove my makeup. It is the Crealine H20 from Bioderma. I'm sure many of you have heard of Bioderma and/or already know about this amazing cleansing water but for those of you who don't, Bioderma is a French brand that launched in 1977 with an innovative approach to bio-dermatological care. Their products are available in more than 80 countries and yes, Melbourne is finally catching up and we now have access to their products!

"1 Crealine H20 sold in the world every 8 seconds!"

The Crealine comes in two sizes: 250ml (as shown above) and a larger 500ml - not readily available in Australia. I absolutely love the bonus cotton wipe tube that I received!! Such a handy item to have when travelling or even to keep the dust away.

I love how the H20 isn't rich, sticky or heavily fragrant at all. It honestly feels like water that magically removes all impurities.

The Crealine H20 reduces the cleansing time to a SINGLE product. You can see how well it has removed my eye makeup - the one area that I always found tedious to clean well. This was my original nightly cleansing routine:

BEFORE
Step 1: Cleansing wipes - remove surface makeup & dirt
Step 2: Cleansing oil - remove stubborn makeup eg. mascara and foundation
Step 3: Cleansing foam - final deep cleanse
Even though I can get all my makeup off with this single product, I still somewhat prefer to use the foam step just because I'm so accustomed to using it! (Working for Shiseido in the past has done this to me hehe)
AFTER
My current routine has become a lot more simple:
Step 1: Wipe away all the dirt and makeup with Crealine H20 (I do however alternate with my Shu Uemura cleansing oil or do the extra step because I have heaps of that left and it doesn't hurt to double cleanse hehe)
Step 2: Deep clean with cleansing foam

Thank you to Emilie and Cosmetiques de France for giving me the opportunity to try out this wonderful product. I  will definitely be making a purchase when I've finished this bottle. Hopefully the large size is available by then!

Find the Bioderma Crealine H20 in selected pharmacies. Alternatively you can email contact@cosmetifrance.com or phone (03) 9505 3086 for more information (250ml RRP $39.95)
