Fresh new colours for the summer season ~ If only Melbourne would stop being so gloomy and show us some sunlight! Nonetheless, a pop of colour to brighten up your day :) Here are just 6 shades from the latest colours of the Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure collection.
With a wider and more user-friendly application brush, applying 2 coats has seriously never been so easy. Especially for someone like me who isn't as good at applying nail polish! (See brush tip image below) One of my pet peeves about doing my nails is that I really, REALLY hate waiting for them to dry. That feeling of ruining them after all that effort is painful. I've tried many fast drying top coats from several brands but none of them seemed to do what they claimed. I pretty much lost hope with 'fast drying top coats' until I had an excellent experience at the Sally Hansen Mobile Manicure Event. Upon having my colour applied - So Much Fawn - the manicurist went over with the Diamond Flash fast dry top coat and to have it actually work was amazing. I mean if you are extremely rough and/or scratch it after application, then of course it'll ruin the manicure but in about 1 minute, it was dry to the touch. I also loved how the shine is retained even after fully drying!

Did you realise that I hardly write up on nails? Now that my pet peeve has been sorted out, time to get my nails pretty whenever I want! I think I will be experimenting a whole lot more now :D

Can totally relate with the whole waiting for nail polish to dry ordeal! Loving the colors and that wide brush - I think I may have to get some of these colors since I don't have any bright ones for summer!

Hehe I was sure there would be at least one person who felt the same! I used to do it before sleeping then believe it was dry but to wake up having scratches on was just so frustrating! No more of that now heh! There's a lot of other pretty shades in this collection too, good luck finding the perfect one! x

Waiting for nail polish is a drag =___= probably why I hardly write up about it too ^_^ or I get my nails done at my fave nail salon ^_^; I'm totally lazy with nails for the reason of having to wait for it =3= even Rimmel's 30sec ones i still get impatient LOL

ReplyDeleteoOohhh i am loving shrimply devine - so pretty!!! i love the thicker brushes too - makes it so much easier. nothing i hate more than skinny nail paint brushes. thanks for the swatches <3 x
