Many of you know how much I enjoy the tennis, whether it's watching or playing, I am a major tennis fan! I was ecstatic when I received an invite to watch the tennis at the Australian Open and discover the beautiful truth at the Dove Marquee. I was spoilt with the privilege of being able to bring along a +1, experience the different elements of Dove first hand, a VIP pass to the 'ao club', great front row seats on centre court and so much more. Dove were also kind enough to allow me to share the experience with a lucky reader by holding a giveaway. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The Dove Marquee! The line looks short here but it was massive, it goes well on to the stairs but definitely worth the wait.

A few more snaps from inside the Dove Marquee. I love the fruity scents that these anti-perspirant deodrants have. I received the cucumber & green tea scented spray and looking forward to using it when I play tennis next :) The Dove Marquee is open to the public so if you're heading to the tennis, don't forget to check it out! The tent is filled with gorgeous decoration too! The last photo is of Emily and I posing with our Dove bags! ♥
I took so many photos of the food, I had a hard time choosing which to include in this post! Lunch was served in the 'ao club' and it was just divine. You may have seen my friend and I eating those cakes-on-a-stick on my instagram already hehe.
Here's just an extra from the Evian Marquee. They were filming the longest clip and my friend and I decided to take part in it! I know the poses look terrible but it was really fun!
Snaps of the tennis matches we got to watch! Seeing them play live is such an amazing experience! They never cease to amaze me with their skills!! It was unfortunate that Sam couldn't win on home grounds but I really fell in love with Sorana's play. I can't believe she's born in 1990, two years younger than me!! I really hope she does well in the tournament! Djokovic proved how awesome he is, once again!
Here's my ootd, fotd and eotd. I didn't even end up wearing my hat because we had amazing shaded seats! I wanted to wear a tank top but I still have a really bad finger tan on my shoulders from when I played tennis and got badly burnt haha.

ReplyDeleteI actually did "try" when I was in grade school, but I seriously could never get the whole "following through" motion. I'd ALWAYS hit the ball in every other direction except straight. :3 lol.
