I Like To Draw Girls

Hey everyone, how are you all :)
I had a huge week at work, finally a day off and it's been great. I slept in and caught up on the much needed sleep and great to have my own time. If you follow me on twitter you may have seen me rant about waiting more than 6 hrs for the couriers to deliver some important things. During that time I did have other things to do but I felt like drawing again so here are just a couple of them.

New Item ~ Leaf Wrap Bangle

Hey everyone ~ today I'm wearing the Wonder Eye super nudy green!♥ My new favourite colour in the super nudy series :) Unfortunately I can't take more pics of the lense as I had to throw them out after one use :(.. I didn't have my case with me aw it was such a waste.. But better than ruining your eyes right.

Check out this gorgeous piece I recently picked up from Milli Lulo! Love this wrap style bangle with detailed leaf design.

This is how it looks on:) Notice its different shades of olive colour. Pretty!

Here's what I wore to meet a friend.. we went shopping but didn't end up buying anything :(

Flat boots are so comfortable..Love heels too of course hehe

I got them from a local shoe shop that was having some massive sale or clearance n bought them for only AUD$35. Totally have worn my moneys worth hehe.. I love them to bits :)

Pink Lips

I'm using shiseido SL9 lipstick in the pics but unfortunately it's discontinued now.

Heartofpearl ♥ Ponikuta

Heartofpearl meets amazing beauty blogger PONIKUTA - she's also the host of MBBE! - I looove meeting fellow bloggers! I got a little nervous before meeting her as you do when you've never met before and have only read about them or have seen pictures! It was so nice to put a voice and personality to what you already know :)

So we decided to have lunch at IZAKAYA CHUJI mmm :) By the time we met, I was no longer nervous, she's just so friendly and sweet! We chatted so much I almost forgot about the food haha! Definitely someone who i'd get along with! It's so nice that blogging can offer you so much more than the virtual world.

My lunch! And these are the only photos we took but hopefully the next time I meet her we'll get more in:)!

Ok so not only was she sweet, she is so generous. Take a look at what she gave me. A brand new ghd lmtd edition! I was so shocked when she contacted me.. Here is the pic!
 
I mean who wouldn't be happy with receiving the BEST straightener right? She even gave me a VS Sasoon curling tool! She said she has too many and wouldn't have any use but shes just too sweet to give them to me.. thankss so much ♥

Lunch was quickly over and she had to go back to work and I had to go my way too. If you haven't already, take a look at her blog it's great for reviews and recommendations on beauty products! I hope I can make the next MBBE event, truly wishing I don't have to work and hopefully the event has the same host!

Letters ♥

Today's post is a little random:)!
Just thought of how nice it is to actually receive hand written letters from friends. I used to write a lot of letters and loved receiving them too when I was younger, I used to collect letter writing sets and also make my own too.
It feels much more meaningful when you receive a hand written letter than an email/sms/or phone call. Having said that, I still email majority of the time. Maybe I should get back into writing letters, as you can see I still have so many sets left from my childhood collection!

親友から手紙を受け取った時の気持ちって幸せですよね♡
私は小さなころから手紙を書くことになぜかはまってました。
今ではイーメールや電話で済ますコミュニケーションを少し時間かけて手書きするともっと深い意味があるような気がします。そう言ったって今の生活では無理ですよね。ｗ

Just wanted to put up pics of my letter opener aswell♥ I really love how beautiful it is and it's also convenient too! It's not everyday I receive letters from friends, but this is still great for those annoying bills and other important things hehe.

I found it from a gift store in Melton when I had to go that way for work. I've tried to search for the name but it seems impossible!
