MY TINY HAUL .

Finally a makeup post..
I'm using the Shiseido liquid fine eyeliner, Shiseido pencil eyeliner duo and random eyeshadows all blended into one another..

Anyway, here's my tiny haul - compared to you lovely beauty bloggers - haha ;)
I finally purchased something to treat my horribly dry lips.. Lip exfoliator and balm from Benefit! Use this roughly twice a week and lips are in much better condition. Although, I still tend to get dry lips.. I might need to drink more fluid..anyone know why? And the famous YSL faux effect mascara! Loveee this bcos it really lengthens my lashes and also volumises at the same time. I love a mascara that makes lashes look full :D

This is the outfit that went with the fotd:) Learnt this term off nic nic hehe.. for those like me who didn't know it means 'face of the day' so basically beauty version of fashion outfit posts? Hehe.. I look kinda angry or pissed but i wasnt lols :S

I'm looking at getting my hair cut or styled somehow and also get regular treatment.. Does anyone from Melbourne know any good places with reasonable prices? Please share, my hair is thick and in need of treatment!!
P.s 'Cofessions of a shopoholic' was really good! So anyone who hasn't seen it yet, don't miss out! It's really funny, too :)

THE BOOTS .

Seeing as I did a horrible job of showing the boots in the last post, I've dedicated a whole new entry on them! :)

Paired them with my current fav stockings from the stocking section in Coles, forgot which brand. And my tommy jumper I received as a gift from my partner 2 yrs ago! He thinks I don't like it because I hardly wear it but I really do love it! Although it used to make me a little plumpier :) I wore this to dinner with him and his sister to a Korean restaurant the other night.

Anyway I seriously love these boots. As I mentioned in the previous post, they are from Shibuya 109 shop Gilfy and they weren't cheap but totally worth it. I think I'm over thin heels atm and love a chunky one where I feel more stable!

Love the buckles, zips and all. It's perfect really :D
I've got in mind a makeup post. Working in cosmetics really messes with your spending habits. I've bought a few things here and there, I love these and want to blog about it but must take photos first. Have a lovely weekend all! I'm off to watch 'Confessions of a shopoholic' with my gf soon! :)

ZARA LOVE .

I'm back! With an outfit post, too .. hooray!
But before that, I'd like to thank Soulphate and Porcelain Blonde for awarding my blog! Thanks girls!! I will do an awards post soon. Make sure you check out their unique blogs too! And a shout out to Fashion Jinx for featuring me in one of their posts:)
This is my one and only purchase from Zara.
Not having any Zara stores here in Melb, lead me to go into 6 different stores while in Japan.
My boyfriend was so sick of Zara by the third time, poor thing. But the thing was, every store had something different and in the second last or last store we checked out I found these pants!
It was only 1,990 yen too! It's like $20 in japanese standards but about $40 for me which is still a bargain really!

I know it's tricky to see but there are two straps running across at the hip and a flap sort of thing too. I love the simplicity of these pants. The most comfortable thing after stockings :)

Oh and I still love my glasses!! I look funny with them but it's something different from the usual self. My boots I got from my trip too. I was in a rush to buy something to go out because I was wearing flats and felt totally under dressed. This store called Gilfy had a few different styles of them and I would've taken all of them if they weren't so pricey!

Update * just noticed that blogger has now allowed 'tab' and 'enter' to work in the embedded comment boxes with word verification. Thank god! I like using keyboard shortcuts and it was a pain but now I love it even more! Did anyone else notice and feel the same way :D Yup I'm pretty happy about it to update my blog on it hehe xD bye!

MY TIME IS YOURS & GOODIES FROM JAPAN .

I have finally taken an image of the necklace I bought from Anna of Much Love. She sells handmade jewellery in her adorable etsy shop. Check it out girls! Incase anyone was wondering, I bought this last year and it's taken me this long to post about it! I wear it often with other longer chains too :)

Bit of photowhoring with my new glasses from Japan! Do I look smart? No..right haha.. anyway realised I'd only posted a few highlight pics from my holiday. Hadn't really written about my buys so here are some. As you all probably know it's currently really expensive in Japan! :( Everything was like double price cos I exchanged AUD into Yen at 55 or something. Wish I was living there and earning yen..then everything would be soo cheap!! Next time.. hehe

Clockwise description of items.. starting with my new Majorlica Majorca foundation case! I actually use the Shiseido white lucent foundation but needed a new case and this one was pretty and it's all the same size so yeah! Kracie blotting paper.. false lashes..eyebrow highlighter..eyebrow pencil..the best eyeliner from the conbini..got it last time I went back and so happy to find it again :) Kate nail colour.. two rings.. hair tie..stone bracelet from auntie:)..face roller thing hehe and Kose eyeshadow!! Oh gosh.. reflecting back on Japan makes me miss it already.. I haven't even been back that long.. booooo :(

And also, good news at work! I've been offered a slightly different role! You could call it a promotion! Hehehe * tell you when it's all confirmed.

BRING OUT THE TEE'S.

Hey guys:) Thanks for leaving kind comments about my japan trip. I really enjoyed it and miss it already :(
Here is an outfit post finally. Nothing spectacular but better than nothing? Hehe hopefully anyway. Pulled out the old Volcom tee that I've had for ages. I think I only bought it because it was black & gold. I don't really like the cut of this tee. I'm also not too keen on pieces that show the name of the brand really obviously. If that makes sense.

And tonight's simple outfit for the movies. If you haven't seen 'He's just not that into you', then I do recommend it! It's funny and touching at the same time with lots of famous actors in it!

My brother who was here for a month is going back to Japan in a few hours and I'm sending him so I'm staying awake! Actually it's no biggie cos I tend to sleep after 2 anyway. Just giving myself an excuse to stay awake late and blog!
